Rich Ellis
General Manager Parts Division
Rich joined Oncology Services International in February 2010, bringing over 20 years of Quality, Service, and Supply Chain Management experience to the Parts Division in his role as General Manager. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and veteran of the Persian Gulf War, Rich brought his leadership and operations skills to the Healthcare industry, including leading a global repair parts supply chain for GE Healthcare and a national field service team for Philips Medical Systems.
As a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Rich was responsible for improving quality in both the Global Parts and Refurbished Equipment businesses at GE Healthcare. It is this same focus on quality and a dedication to customer satisfaction that Rich brings to the Parts Division and its mission to provide high quality, cost effective, repair parts to our customers, whether purchased directly, or supplied through an OSI service contract.
