- Vision – A discounted plan is included with Oncology Services International’s health coverage.
- Aflac – All employees may choose any or all of the three supplemental plans offered by Aflac (Disability, Cancer Indemnity, Accident).
- FSA – A flexible spending account is available for all employees to use for payment of medical expenses not paid for by insurance; e.g. deductibles, co-payments, and coinsurance for the employee's health plan.
- Life Insurance – Oncology Services International provides all full-time employees with a fully paid policy.
- Short-Term Disability – Oncology Services International fully covers all full-time employees with a short-term disability policy.
- Long-Term Disability – Oncology Services International fully covers all full-time employees with a long-term disability policy.
