OSI Field Engineers have significant experience with all major manufacturers of radiation therapy equipment. Most have OEM training while others have been trained by some of the best after serving as radar technicians, missile control technicians and other highly technical positions. Just as important, our technicians are ready to respond to customer needs any time of the day or night… provide assistance or fill in for their OSI teammates whenever they're needed…and understand the importance and urgency of their work to the equipment, hospitals, clinics and patients. So it's no wonder our customers come to regard OSI field service engineers as part of their own staff and valued members of their teams.
OSI Region Managers are five of the most experienced and highly qualified professionals in the field. They're not merely administrators, but highly experienced hands-on professionals who handle their own accounts.
